Julie, her husband, and their three children have lived in Westchester for almost 20 years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre from Illinois State University and a Master's Degree in Education from Concordia University.

 

Julie is CPR and First Aid Certified. She also is certified in Reiki Energy Healing. She uses her knowledge of sound healing during our mindful minutes together. Julie believes in empowering the young child through mindful breathing. She encourages children to become aware of how strong and capable they are each day. Julie also loves photography and enjoys capturing the moments in time that happen at Sticks and Stones. 

Jenny, her husband, and four children have been a part of the Westchester community for 19 years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Illinois University with a concentration in Psychology. She also has studied Early Literacy at Concordia University.​

Jenny is CPR and First Aid Certified. She is enthusiastic about play-based learning and how important it is for children. She believes that all children deserve to be loved for who they are on all days. She is an advocate for empowering young learners by offering freedom and choices each day. 

Kathleen, her husband, and two children have lived in their Westchester home for over 20 years. Kathleen has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from St. Norbert's College and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Dominican University.

 

Kathleen is CPR and First Aid Certified. She loves to form close relationships with each child to remind them just how important they are in this world. She delights in the candid conversations that happen daily. She is also known as our "Clay Master" here at Sticks and Stones. She is always excited to see where the clay takes them and what the children create.
